Schilling fresh pressed juice blend from Yakima Valley and European Bittersharp Apples.

Fermentation

This heritage apple fermentation is conducted at a much cooler temperature than most of Schillings fermentations. This allows us to retain the rich apple character the apple blend provides.

1.5oz Maker’s Mark
1oz Brovo Apertivo
0.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2 dash Angostura Bitters
Build all ingredients in a tall glass over ice.
Top with Excelsior Imperial Heirloom Apple Cider.
Garnish with a lemon twist.

0.5oz Allspice Dram
0.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.25oz Ginger Liqueur
0.25oz Pear Liqueur
1 dash Orange Bitters
2 dash Ginger Bitters
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into glass with ice.
Top with Excelsior Imperial Heirloom Apple Cider.
Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.

0.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5oz Pineau des Charentes
0.25oz Honey Syrup (1:1 honey: water)
Pinch of Salt
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into glass with ice.
Top with Excelsior Imperial Heirloom Apple Cider.
Garnish with a dehydrated orange slice.
